You didn't mention how long ago you had sex, or whether or not you've "missed" your period. The things you describe really have nothing to do with being pregnant. You still COULD be pregnant, since you did HAVE sex, but it's not really related to what you describe.

Symptoms of pregnancy includes backpain, so that could be a sign. I'm not really sure where you're going with the question. Find the other signs of pregnancy at the source list section.

Well ummm it's difficult to say. Put your mind at ease and go to a pharmacy and get yourself a home pregnancy test. It sounds a lot like period pain, my gf complains about it a lot. But you should grab the pregnancy test, and if that comes out negative, I suggest you go and see a doctor.

not really, see your doctor and take a pregnancy test; that pain could be something also.
