Absolutely it would be, If Bill Clinton was allowed additional terms as President, he would be President right now.

I dont know about Blair, but anyone who thinks Bush is the brains behind this operation is sadly mistaken. He is so obviously just a puppet for the people who are really running the show. Dance puppet, sell the war puppet, link iraq and 9-11 in the minds of the people puppet, stir up patriotism for the war puppet,

It not anything wrong with Bush or Blair. It is wrong US policy. The US decisions are made by Arms Manufacturing Lobby.Inorder to sell arms and keep the industry in good shape America has to intervene somewhere always. It is this policy that has to be changed.Even before Bush there were interventions(eg Vietnam)>even after Bush it will be,probably Korea.

No matter the politician in power there is always someone who will not back them or their policies. There has also not been a prime minister or president who has not made mistakes at some point.
Personally I do not feel that the world would be better, the Taliban would still be in power in Afganistan, Saddam would still be killing his own population.Yes, our military is involved in dangerous areas around the world, but it always has been. There will always be war zones and we will always have those who do not back our government.

That is very difficult to answer.
Some believe terrorism would not have grown so much had these two not stirred it up. Others think terrorism would overrun civilization if they did not provide the fight.
I think the truth is somewhere in the middle, a wash. Without these two, the world would be about the same in terms how good, just different.

Well, that would very much depend on who you would replace them with. If we want to keep things Muppet-based, Waldorf and/or Stadtler would make a good Bush replacement and perhaps Miss Piggy for the UK.
