Bush at this point since Richard Nixon is dead and gone. Nixon at least loved America, and admitted his wrong doings, and was impeached, and resigned for his corruption to the American people. Bush will never admit it, you will see..

Bush has been consistently more devisive to the entire nation than Nixon ever was, even when Nixon was least popular during the midst of the Watergate investigation. Nixon can not be easily accused of incompentency over the course of his Presidency as easily as Bush can be.
When one considers that Nixon would be viewed as much more of a moderate centerist Republican by contemporary standards compared to Bush, and that Nixon's worst issues besides Watergate would have been the Vietnam war he inherited from Johnson, history will treat Nixon more kindly compared to Bush in the future I feel.

The plot thickens. George W. Bush is one of our better Presidents. Richard M. Nixon did not commit any crime. He did not look the American people in the eye and tell a bold faced on TV. Let's consider 2 other Presidents, William Jefferson Clinton who did look us in the eye and lie, " I did not etc, etc," You over look James Carter who had our interest rates in double digits, opened up our borders to a flood or illegals and started the conflict we are now embroiled in with his actions in Iran and Clinton emboldened it by doing nothing in his 8 years to counteract terrorism.

I say Richard Nixon, he made mistakes and decided to run away from them by quitting. A real leader will still fulfil his duties and stay true to his own word even if he is making a lot of mistakes.

Actually, the worst president was probably Ulysses S. Grant. He might have been a great general, but he was an unmitigated disaster as president.

Nixon was able to lie to people and say that he wasn't a crook, everyone in their right mind knows that bush is a crook, so he doesn't even deny it.
