If you do will you get into legal trouble? Bearing in mind the user has to agree to have the comment posted.

Even if the person agrees, it's probably in the terms of service that you're not allowed to put advertising in your myspace. So while you can put whatever you want in their comments, myspace can justifiably remove the comments and possibly even delete the person's myspace account.

It is up to myspace to determine whether or not you can do this. You will have to read their terms and conditions.

Of course you can. It's incredibly ANNOYING, but there's no "law" against it. That's how lots of bands advertise their shows and whatnot.

people can delete any comment they dont want, so i dont know why it would be a problem.
