I am having a hard time deciding. My hair is in a chin length pixie cut. My natural color is an ugly dirtly brownish blonde. Right now I have my hair a bright light blonde. I like the brightness it gives me. It is soo hard to keep up with the roots, it turns brassy, and I have light skin so it kinda washes me out. In the past I have had my hair in a reddish brown and it looked good. It fadded a lot quicker even with the special shampoos. Last time I had it like that I was tan but I am not now so I dont know if it will make me look like a ghost. If I later decide to go blonde again it is hard to lift the darkness in it. I just dont know what to do. Please help!

wow! I know you don't like your hair....and sometimes you just need a change. Go ahead and dye it again! If you get the wash out kind keep dying it until you miss your old hair color. If you get the permentate kind make sure it's what u want. trust me. I have brown hair and i dyed it yellow. My parents called me Garlield for weeks! Who knows.....maybe in the end you will realize your satisfyed with your old hair color just like God made you! :)

Sounds like you do a lot with the color of your hair.

Maybe if you stay blond but just put highlights in it that might work.

If you liked your hair reddish brown but it faded quickly, there are some new things on the market, or just about to come out ... (I work as a hair model for Matrix) ... and they just tested a color gloss on my hair. It's supposed to bring out the color it was dyed with, without actually being a dye itself. Just brings out hi-lights and shine

I had it done last week and have to go back next week for them to decide if it worked well & did the job.

Write back to me & I'll keep you posted on the results!

Maybe go a for a reddish brown color, it won't be to red but not to brown and it will really make you eyes stand out. I did it and I got complemented on it all the time. I went from blonde to this color. If it does not work you can always change it again.

If you want to color your hair, do it naturally! If you want to go brunnette, try pouring a cup of exppresso through your hair right after washing it. Try your own hair color again though!

How about dark brown (not reddish), or a plum colour?

If you wanted to go for something unusual, I'd suggest blue somewhere, purple, pink or red.

Dye it black.

And, you have a lot of nerve using such vulgar language in your responses to me. I told someone to take a pregnancy test since they saked if they were pregnant. NO ONE ONLINE can tell someone else if they are pregnant or not. Them testing themselves is the only way. And you call me ignorant? Hah.
