There are three Matrix, Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions and one animated movie called Animatrix, which is supposed to be the prequal to the movies.

I'm with TheKorean2000s. There are 4. Though Animatrix is actually shorts put together, Niobe is the focus in one of the stories I believe, so there's a continuation of storyline. Then they did a recut version of the original Matrix, but I doubt you count that.
