Take a whole bunch of honey and pour it underneath each one of your cushions. Then take some peanut butter and smear some on the part of the cushion that will touch the honey covered sofa.
I guarantee this will prevent any further slipage of any kind.

Duck tape, electrical tape, or an entire spool of scotch or masking tape...superglue or gorilla glue should also do the trick ;-)

they sell this stuff that you put on a counter its rubbery to keep stuff from sliding, works perfect you can find it in housewares in most all stores, sorry I forgot what it is called ask someone that works their.
