I recently purchased a used copy of the tv show LONE GUNMEN. Disc 2 has the same program on both sides. Is this worth anything?

Well, people do collect DVDs. That's why they have collector's editions and such. And if a batch has some kind of defect that is fixed, it could become a collectible. You also have to realize that it won't be worth anything anytime soon unless the DVD itself is popular. Lone Gunmen does have somewhat of a cult following, so yeah very possible.
A good site for DVD collecting is DVDprofiler.com . They offer a cataloging software as well as a forum.

you may attempt to pastime stall-holders at Chinatown. there is this casual collectible merchandise industry suitable next to the hawker centre/industry (at the instant under renovation) each and every night.
