I am looking for an old friend. I have his name, DOB, and the town where he lives, I have been unable to locate an address or phone number? I don't have a lot of money to hire someone, and I really need to find him. Does anyone know how I can find my friend? It is very important that I find him. Thank you

There are several websites that you can check into. It will cost you a little bit, but not much. Some only charge for individual searches.
I think one website in Intelius.com.
