Oh no! It was very warm yesterday so I opened the moonroof and then forgot all about it. It rained overnight and the inside of the car got pretty wet. I spent about an hour in my car with a hairdryer, which seems to have helped. But the underside of the front seats are still very wet. Any ideas how I can get the car dry before it gets moldy or mildewed?

I did this once and fixed it up using a old box fan. Put it in the moonroof blowing down into the car and left it on all night with the windows open where I wanted the air to go.. It was dry in the morning.

I would get an dehumidifier and keep it running overnight inside the car with the windows shot. As many nights as necessary to get it dry.

Rent a carpet cleaner with the stair attachment. Use that to clean everything.
Sprinkle lots of baking powder in there until you can rent the machine.

It will dry on it`s own. But a well placed (safe) heater would speed it up some. Try andput one of those dryz-air cans in it as well.

time....that's about the best thing you can do

Open the windows and let it sit out in the heat.

FIRST though spray the whole thing down with Lysol. That will stop the mold and mildew.

hope that helps.

pretty much just by airing it out keep windows down, sunroof off, doors open for as long as you can perferably in a warm climate.

DOES THE HEATER WORK? ROLL UP THE WINDOWS AND LET IT SIT IN THE DRIVE(LESS GAS).
