I heard that Everybody Loves Raymond was a good show. I never watch it. I was wondering what it was? What is the main idea of the show?

Raymond is a man of Italian decent that lives's across the street from his parent's. His mother is very Medellin and favors Raymond over his very tall brother that has a strange eating habit. He is a sports writer and loves playing golf. His father is a rude and crazy old man who enjoys his wife's cooking and gives her a hard time. It's a good show!

It was good. A mama's boy man and his wife and kids live across the street from his meddling mother and lazy dad. Throw in his cop older brother and some New York accents and there you have it.
