There is just something inside of us, that needs someone to tell us they understand.
It's a chance to show our vulnerability, let our hair down, and let people see that we are human, too.
And maybe we're looking into a wider pool of knowledge, we think, for something that will fix it, and take it away, and be our answer.
We already have that answer. Oz didn't give nothin' to the tinman. It's comforting, anyway.

The insatiable desire to divulge incriminating information about oneself seems to be more of a feminine characteristic than a male one. There seems to be some form of self satisfaction in knowing that all the bad stuff is already on the table and therefore there is no threatening skeletons in the closet. Perhaps the thought that the revelation of bad things may even garner some sympathy or empathy is partly to blame. Just remember that while Confession is good for the soul it can be sometimes bad for the reputation.

Probably because you are a drama queen. Or maybe you are crying out for help. Anyways the question now is what do you want to do about it now that you are aware of it? You already knew the answer to the question, you simply wanted confirmation.

People have different ways of coping with life. If it works for you what is wrong with it. It is good to get feedback from different people. They have different viewpoints. If it bugs you how about trying to figure out who would be a couple people to go to with issues and just tell them.

cause you like to "play" the martyr and that's your manner of gathering peoples attention, the thing is once they start to "play"
in your game they give you all kinds of advice, but you still doing the same, and since people like to solve everybody problems
they get trap at your game, and you derive satisfaction from it,
in other words you are looking for attention

because you want someone to tell you that everything is going to better, and if someone didnt tell you that then you might doubt that it is true. You need someone else to believe for you that things will be better that is why you tell people, if you didnt you would be alone with your problem with no hope that you would ever feel better. you doubt yourself ...but thats just my opinion.lol

i guess it kinda relieves my stress when i'm talking about it. however, i realized that my complaining just makes everyone elses lives more stressful...so i wait for them to ask me whats wrong now.
but like i said, i suppose its because you need to find a way to get it off your shoulders.

you could say that old saying "misery loves company " could apply but it is just a human trait to want to have a compassionate ear to hear our troubles from time to time
