Um, it's wild, likes to attack things, and has rabies...yea... I know youthink this animal is cool and all, but it is suffering, i understand that you don't want to set it free, because it can pass on the rabies, so i would call the animal control. This animal is suffering because its wild and has rabies, its probally too late to save it, but you can savelive but putting it down, don't shoot it, but call animal control center and put it to sleep, and be respondsible!!

I hope this is not a serious post...if it is, then call animal control to come get the cat. You are abusing it by keeping it tied up! I doubt it has rabies....sound like a normal feral cat...they can be quite vicious. You can not just look at a cat and decide it has rabies! Sounds like you know absolutely NOTHING about cats, maybe you should hand yours over to animal control as well so they can be placed in a caring home by educated people that do not ABUSE animals.

First of all you have to dispose of the cat! It is a very serious disease and if someone was to wonder into your yard and was to get bit then you would have a lawsuit on your hands. It is actually against the law the keep such an animal. Second if it did attack your other cat and drew blood then that cat is also infected and will have to be put down...ASAP. DO THE HUMANE THING AND PUT IT OUT OF ITS MISERY!!!! And then take your other cat to the vet to get checked for rabies!!

How do you know it has rabies?
If it does have rabies: (1) you are in violation of the law by keeping it without informing Animal Control of its condition and whereabouts [[it's considered a "public health risk" and you can be fined and perhaps jailed for housing the animal]], and (2) the rabies will kill it -- and it will die a gruesome and horribly painful death.
If the animal is truly rabid and you're keeping it just to watch it writhe in agony until it dies, you're a truly sick individual.

Err... are you particular its rabid and not in basic terms incredibly, incredibly annoyed approximately being tied to a pole? Feral cats are regularly tempermental, and do in contrast to people (exceedingly people who whack them with brooms), or different cats of their territory. Seeing how animal cruelty is illegitimate and you will not in basic terms take it to the vet to verify if that's rabid when you consider which you will likely get arrested, i think of you're able to desire to hearken to this plan. positioned some foodstuff in a cage, anticipate the cat to pass in, close door with cope with of broom or something (a have-a-coronary heart catch works better), and drop it in front of the closest animal look after with a observe saying that it would desire to be rabid and has truthfully been abused by ability of a prior proprietor. That way, Kitty gets some place risk-free and you do away with it previously somebody calls the law enforcement officers on you and you land up in detention center and in the newspapers for animal cruelty. As for what i think of of you as a guy or woman, i ended judging people an prolonged time in the past. nonetheless, i'm hoping you have been only kidding approximately this tale...

It's a good thing you love your pet. Sadly, the best thing to do is to take your beloved cat to the vet's office and have it put to sleep. You have to think of your safety first. You are at risk for an infection. There are pet adoption agencies that would be happy to help you find a pet. Peace and Blessings...

Call Law Enforcement ASAP, if not before! This animal needs to be destroyed before it kills or hurts another animal or human being! Because you actually touched the animal, YOU could be infected! YOU need to get Law Enforcement on the horn and YOU need to seek MEDICAL attention yourself NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T TOUCH THAT CAT AGAIN! YOU WILL DIE if you have rabies and you are not treated.
