That would depend on what you are trying to clean.
I never use 409 but on occasion Clorox is the best choice.

Depends what I`m cleaning.....I use dow scrubbing bubbles a lot to clean my kitchen. it cuts grease as well as 409, but will not remove spots from countor top like Clorox.
