Sounds like he has checked out for some reason. There is help for impotency....no excuse for that anymore.....I think you need to force him to talk to you (or try anyway) If you cant communicate....this slow death will continue and all will be lost. Is he depressed?...I dont know what to say....sounds difficult......

Sounds like hes a bit depressed. Maybe he feels ashamed about putting you in financial trouble. Or hes just a big jerk. I guess its hard to get to the bottom of this if you cant talk to each other. Maybe a trial separation to give him time to think about what to do and whats important. Just give him a big hug and tell him that you love him. Always makes me feel better when im stressing knowing that i have support and love.

Been there, done that, threw away the T shirt and the husband. Your husband is depressed and has some issues, it has little to do with his work more to do with the impotence and financial issues. He needs professional help. You will need to go with him. Mine refused to get it and I had to make the decision to go or stay. I chose to go because I couldnt live my life that way.

Tiger I have been married 16 years in the same situation and to be honest with you don't plan to spend the rest of my life like this. Where is the love? Why do they act and treat us like this, because we let them. I have been told if I would leave him he would act different but I have 2 kids and am afraid. BUT I don't want them to grow up thinking this is okay to treat a woman like this...... I feel for you.

It may be helpful for him to see a doctor. A physical checkup would be helpful as well as to have him checked for depression. Third shift can also really stress a person and yes, it can strain a marriage.

GET PROFESSIONAL HELP. He is depressed...BIG TIME...and you BOTH need to get to the bottom of it. Seriously. Who on earth wants to live like that...he probably needs this push from you. You need to do this for HIM as well as YOURSELF.
