The basic temperaments invariably show up in small group dynamics given the tenure of the group and its composition. Most heterogenous groups will attract the variety of personality types that make up community. Cholerics, Sanguines, Melancholics, and Phlegmatics. Bossy take chargers, Loud mouth boisterous types, Know-it-all got it togethers and laid back don't really care about it types. The dynamics of personal interaction seem to dictate it.
