Could it really be a hernia?

Ive been getting a pain in my lower chest like when I breath in, turn wierd, or eat alot, and my mom has a hernia(i think she said it was a hiatal hernia) that she says feels kinda like that. Could this really be a hernia im really young and small(i dont know if htat has to do with anything)

well how do the doctors determine if its a hernia

tell your mom to take you to the doctor.and it is hernia.
