No. But you'd better seek medical attention to get it cleared up. Yeast is natural in the body and only presents a problem when there is an overgrowth of the normal amount.

A yeast infection needs to be treated at the immediate sign of one, it won't prevent pregnancy (but if you have one while giving birth you can make the baby sick.) Like the first comment some STD's can leave you infertile and if you suspect one you need to have it checked and treated right away. The best thing for you (or your friend) to do is talk to your doctor although these answers may help you get info it won't treat either one of these problems!
