Perhaps you are referring to time zones?
Traveling along the equator, if you moved at just over a thousand miles an hour, you could keep the sun continuously overhead. It would always be "noon" (I'm assuming you started off at noon). So a thousand miles = a little under an hour, about 57 minutes I think.
But at other latitudes, an hour time zone difference would be fewer miles the nearer you got to the Pole. The maths for working this out are a little complicated - it's 1am in UK! - but I would guess that at 50 degrees of latitude, an hour, which is 15 degrees of longitude, would be about 660 miles; so 1000 miles would be around 90 minutes.
Hope this makes sense! And hope it's what you were after.

Well that all depends on how fast you are going to accomplish those 1000 miles. If you are traveling by car, the average speed is going to be about 70 miles per hour. To travel 1000 miles at 70 miles per hour it will take you 14.25 hours to get from point A to point B.

If you are talking about the rotation of the earth: 1000 miles is approximately one hour.
But since your question is so vague, you will be getting (have already gotten) a bunch of different kinds of answers. In the future, you might think about your question a little more before you write it.

That would depend on the speed you are going. Are you going by car, bus, plane, or walking? I can tell you that it took about 18 hours none stop to go 938 miles from Colorado to Arkansas. You would also have to take into consideration road conditions and weather.
