If I delete file from file maneger?

I delete a file by mestack in from file maneger in the web hosting, and I don't have backup for file is their any way to retrive this file??

If that is indexed in google, CLICK ON cache and copy that file and then you will be able to resave that file.

Web hosts usually has a backup or two.

Sometimes you can find it by browsing through the run section by clicking start then run if you have that.Recycle bin maybe?

if you haven't emptied your recycle bin, go there and click trash and restore it..
