The Jack-O-Lantern.
Once there was a guy named Jack who was so mean,St.Peter really wouldn't let him into heaven,and the devil wouldn't let him into hell,so when he asked Satan what he was supposed to do,the devil gave him a woody old turnip to chew on and a coal from the fires of hell,and told him to wander the earth til judgement day. So Jack hollowed out the turnip and carried the coal to light his way.(The first Jack-o-lanterns were turnips or rutabaga back in Ireland)
