Do this: 1. Select the text you want in Landscape orientation. (Skip this if you want the entire file put into Landscape orientation.) 2. Click the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon. 3. Click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Page Setup group. 4. Click the Landscape orientation box. 5. In the Apply To list box, select Selected Text or, if you want the entire document, select Whole Document. 6. Click OK. Hope that helps.
