I saw this belief somewhere, i don't know if it's a myth.

Overall, it's a myth. Anyone who has been in a locker room with other guys knows this. There are short, stocky guys out there with small feet and these same men are extremely well endowed. Then there are some tall, lanky fellows with enormous feet who have penises which are average or small.
There are some correlations between different aspects of the body (example: baldness and hairy chests) but big feet and penis endowment is not one of them. Still, some guys with big feet do have big penises, but I don't think there is any real correlation between the two anatomical aspects noted. It's just a coincidence.

No it has never been true, and never will be. Penis size and shoe size never correlate. Neither does hand size. But i've heard if a guy takes his index finger and thumb and make a gun and stretch it out, it will be the length of his erect penis. But this is also a myth. People have different bodies.

Not continuously..... I am a transmale, and my female friend, a biologically born feminine each have higher toes then alot of men I recognise. (I'm eleven and a part, and she or he is a nine a million/two-10) However if the man is taller, then he's usually going to be higher, due to the fact that he had alot of testerone in his process whilst going through puberty, for this reason now not most effective did his peak develop, whatever else usually grew too.

it is a myth.... it doesnt matter if a guy has #16 and is 4 inches...long. or a short guy with #7 with a 9 inch penis... is all bout genes that came from ur family.. is completely untrue, also black dont have bigger penis.... neither chinese..( slight differences of less than 1 cm...
