because they have low pigmentation.Meaning they have less color in there skin than others.Black people have the most pigment (color) in there skin.Then Indian,Arabic and so on and so forth.

its the skin type i am also a redhead but i am not pale its just like why do most black people have blotches in there skin its just a skin type thats all
