This probably related to the American who bought the very bland London Bridge, and had it shipped back to the good ole USofA, before realising he hadn't bought the very impressive 'Tower Bridge' that he thought he'd bought. Fergie is probably implying that her fans are buying a load of bland, tasteless and useless b*llocks, and being overcharged for the experience, because they're stupid.
