You won't like my answer...I think it is a ploy to get paid. If he gets custody, she'll have to pay celebrity child support. He probably thinks the publicity will help his failing Rap career.

look I don't think that he should get the kids at all because for one he left shar to be with Britney and Shar was still pregnant, two i have only ever seen him with his kids once maybe twice and Britney was doing most of the work then too, he doesn't have a job at all so how is he going to support the children?
I mean Britney may not have the best record when it comes to her children but I mean it seems every time i see a photo of K-Fed he is in a club with some stripper!!!! Would you want a kid being brought up in that?

i disagree with massive mann....just because she is the pop princess doesnt mean she will spend less time with the kids...if she tours,the kids can go with her, alot of celeb mommies are still hands on, the kids just have to travel with them. he definitely should not get custody. why is this even an issue?,its not proven that she's an unfit mother, so it really shouldnt be a topic of discussion. if he was a family man like he shouldve been,she wouldnt have left him because i'm sure she loves him and wanted their marriage to work, he didnt do right by the family when they were all together, he wont do right by the kids if he gets custody. if he even petitions for full custody it will only be for the money she would have to pay into child support!!! leave her alone, she's had enough pain, let her keep her babies in peace

lol NO. He's only doing this so he can get more money out of her. Why would anyone take him serious? He didn't even fight for his two kids with Shar? AND he doesn't pay child support for his two with Shar!!! There is no way a judge would grant him custody of these babies. He left her home alone while out partying and blowing Brit's $50 million dollars in two years. It has been said kevin has only been around Jayden 4 times since he has been born???? pretty messed up if you ask me

That dirty no good man should get his man hood taken off so he doesn't impregnating anymore women and can't take care of them. You don't leave Two child for a women and then try to take two other children from the women you left your other kids for. He should go on Jerry Springer. It would make a very interesting show. I feel sorry for the 4 children in all of this knowing he is there father and that means they don't have one. I wish them all the best in the world. Along with there mothers who need it for being with him in the first place. I hope this answers your question.

he is their father and that automatically gives him the right to joint custody. when he left Shar for Britney he didn't turn his back on his children. Even Britney was photographed babysitting them. Besides, I think they would be better off w/ him since we know Britney is pretty bad around kids. remember all those bad incidents w/ her first son?

I consider you. i do not recognize a lot about Kevin's fathering skills, yet they must be more effective than Britney's mothering skills today. the finest position for those childrens is remote from Britney.

He most definately should not get custody of those boys. For so many reasons in addition to the one you mention. It would truly be a tragedy if he were to get custody. Preferably he would never have contact with them again!! LOL!

Good question. He shouldnt. Well i believe it is left to the court. I do believe K-Fed can be a good parent, only if he wants to. But yes he did left his other kids. But i do believe that these boys need Britney, instead of Kev.

NO! Besides, he can't afford a babysitter to watch the kids while he goes out with the boyz
