I think it is a positive thing that she has done adopting a baby from malowi, no matter if she has bent the rules, she has saved a childs life from hardship, proverty and illness eventually death. I think well if she has done something other than take of her clothes, then why is she being critisied even though she has ploughed a lot of money into malawian projects in helping these children have a better life? I am not necesarally a Madonna fan. What do you think?

i think its just for the media, madonna is a proven media hore. whenever they public forget about her she does something outrageous to get attention. remember a few yrs back she kissed britney spears? another stunt to get attention and i cant say this for fact, but do you actually think madonna takes care of her kids ? she has 8 nannys, 12 maids, and 3 chaeffers. she only plays with her kids when the camera is in front of her, trust me.

I think the other kids she didn't pick must feel even more rejected.
She could have done so much more with her vast wealth if she really cared.
She donated less than she earns in 'interest' a year.
Call me cynical, but it's a huge publicity stunt to try and show she's a good mother.
What will she do next?Write a kids book in Malawian to sell them. Or won't it sell enough copies.

Well it was kind of stupid of her to adopt a baby who still has parents. And it sounds like David's dad, from press conferences and whatnot, has absolutely no idea what's going on other than the fact his kid isn't living with him anymore. But she's saving him from poverty and a stupid dad, so I'll give her points for that. But then again, he's entering a home where people think the world become populated by aliens or some sort of crazy ish like that so maybe he's screwed either way.

I think with all her money she could have payed for a hundred kids and their families to stay in the Malawi and live better lives without taking away a boy who father doesn't even know who Madonna is and can't speak a word of English. Saving 1 child won't do is family any good because the rest of them are still living in poverty and even if she has saved his life, in itself won't make Malawi better. I think she is simply adopting celeberty trend and didn't give any thought to the child's family or how it will affect him.

Yes she did save a child from malowi that is true, but it seems to me that children from third world countries are becoming fashion accessories for the rich and famous, not unlike Chihuahuas were not so long ago, that worries me.

I agree, she helping someone in need and she's bring attention to the suffering and extreme poverty that is in Malawi and Africa. It takes a lot to allow a child that is not yours into your home and treat them like they are yours, she should be commended! I think all those people who bag her out should shut it and appreciate what she is doing and has done for the Malawians and Africans. I say Good on you Madonna!!

personally i think she is cruel and insensitive she should of chosen an orphan not a child with a family, she could of just given the family a wad of cash and found a child with no one instead
