Lord of the Rings. Eragon. Artemis Fowl, if he had stopped at the Eternity Code. So, three different sets.

CORRECTION!!!

Rocky 1,2 & 3 is not a trilogy

Rocky 4.5 & 6 is not a trilogy

Rocky films are not a trilogy! They are an epic adventure and an insight into the life of an underdog turned champion.

Same with Star Wars. It was once a trilogy, but it is no longer a trilogy. They are titled parts 1 to 6.

So clearly they are not just 3. So in conclusion, Star Wars is not a trilogy.

It is obviuosly a saga describing the struggle between the dark side sith lords and jedi knights who are one with the force. It is the story of the skywalker family and how this bloodline destroyed civilization and then later brought order to the galaxy.

Seeing as we are talking about trilogys, here are a few choice recommendations:

i)Godfather trilogy
ii)Indiana Jones trilogy
iii)Back to the future trilogy
iv)Die Hard trilogy

All these films are excellent.
All of these films have only 3 parts and therfore they qualify to be called a trilogy, excellent trilogys.

I thank you.

Woo Hoo!!!

Bernard Cornwell's" Warlord Chronicles Trilogy."
An exciting and refreshing spin on the King Arthur legends.
The Lord of the rings's isn't really a trilogy, not if you include The Hobbit. Which I was lucky enough to read first.
Or what about The Dark Elf Trilogy?

Hmmm.... not sure what all the exclamation marks mean.
Fantasy trilogies - Abhorsen trilogy by Garth Nix (Sabriel, Lirael, Abhorsen), Fionavar Tapestry trilogy by Guy Gavriel Kay (The Summer tree, The Wandering Fire, The Longest Road) and Magician trilogy by Raymond E Feist (Magician, Silverthorn, A Darkness at Sethanon) - one of these will almost certainly be new to you and all are worth reading.
Regards, Steve.
