I'd go for Jack in the box. When I was in America, I used to go there at least 5 times a week. Since I'm in France, when i want to remember all the good meals i had there, I scratch my @$$ for two hours and then place my forefinger into my nose, that reminds me all the junk food I had when I was in your beautiful country.

Both are pretty bad ... but at least MacD's is making an effort with their salads, veggie burgers, and chicken snack wrap.
Subway is a tad better, depending on your choices.
Their breads need work though, more whole grain is better!
I recommend you wean yourself off of those type eating places sooner rather than later .... your body and your health will depend on it!
