You dont say how far along you are, so I dont know. Im 20 weeks with my 4th child and Im having alot of BH contractions already. They started at 18 weeks. I asked my doctor about it and she said the norm is around 20 weeks along that some women start to feel them. If you have been pregnant a few times before it could be a little earlier.

I got BH contractions as early as 20 weeks. My dr. told me to keep hydrated because they can be a sign of dehydration. Once I started doing that, I didn't get them as much.

this is a question for you doctor. just take your prenatel vitamin everyday. drink plenty of water and no caffiene try to avoid sugar if you can. good luck.
