It is one way to express your anger, although you could go jogging and work it off.

Anger is part of our psyche and should not be denied. Finding words that are not abusive to express anger is a healthy practice. Because so much of psychology has been given to the general public that associated anger with negativity, many people avoid their anger and never learn to listen to their anger. It's as important as expressing joy or love or peace. There is not a positive or a negative to our psyche. It's all good.

Well as long as you can express your anger without mistreating people it's always better to get it off of your chest. If you hold it in and the problem keeps occurring, it will never be fixed!

jogging, counting to 10, delving into something else only serves to delay the inevitable. people should expess themselves or their anger toward the person (if that's the case) that has made them feel badly. to suppress it only works for so long, then there's an eruption after something happens that is totally unrelated to the incident that caused the anger in the beginning and the wrong person suffers.

Because if they hold it in, it will come out the wrong way. Or be expressed the wrong wat to someone they really love. And once you say something out of anger you can't take it back.
