It is a song about revenge. Revenge for getting set up in the rape case and for getting set up in the first shoting.

the song is about him getting revenge. he was shot before he died and he started staying in the studio making a lot of songs. he was scared that he'd been shot and wanted to make a whole lot of music. he then made a song for his killers. hail mary is his way of saying revenge, retaliation. "come with me, hail mary n*gga, run quick see" "what do we have here now? do you want to ride or die?" did you see the video? it basically helps you to understand.
