Exactly what the word means. Overdone.
I think of wanting much change, trying to be accepting of everything even if becomes annoying and contradictive.
(Apparently) giving more rights to people who don't deserve or can't handle it.
Typically, I don't think a true liberally would make a very good parent.
Other than that, I think of Apply liberally on my lotion bottle.

HATRED. FULL OF HATRED. That is one of the principle reasons I became a Republican.
I first think of free-spirits or minorities... People that just believe whatever MTV or Rolling Stone says. People that hate President Bush and have no idea why, they just think everyone else does.

Someone who is willing to listen to another viewpoint until ridiculous assumptions are made about morals and the lack thereof. Somebody who is more interested in the welfare of their fellow people instead of only what is best for their own wallet. Someone who is able to think for themselves instead of blindly following a "leader" simply because they hold important positions, be that president, pastor, husband, wife, senator, congressperson, etc. Someone who realizes that taxes are a necessary evil to maintain decent roads, schools, libraries and so forth. Someone who worries that the people can't get by on minimum wage. Although they realize a raise still won't be enough, every little bit helps, and will take it as they get it. Someone who doesnt pass judgment on others for being destitute and poverty stricken and relying on the generosity of others to get by, no matter how poorly. They also don't make assumptions about drug use, laziness, employment status or disabilities. Someone who has proper moral values, follows the precepts of Christ, Buddha, or whoever it is they worship in spirit AND truth instead of using their religion to try and justify wrong and selfish actions.
