Call your cell phone and enter in # or * and then your pin number when your voice mail comes on...it will prompt you from there.
If you dont know you pin you may need to call customer service for your cell phone carrier.

I call my voicemail and hit #, enter in my code and then I have full access to my options
However, this could vary by your service

call you cell and wait until your voicemail comes on then press pound (it could be star, but im sure its pound) and type/dial in your password. then go through your menu and it should tell you.
