I really want to become famous for a day or two, or maybe for the week. I want to do something that will get me on the big news networks like CNN or FOX. Even if I have to bend the law a little.
There are some rules.
1: It cannot involve me being hurt, or getting killed
2: It cannot cause anyone else to get hurt
3: It cannot cause me to be put in jail for more than 3 years
4: It must be something I can do in my own town
5: It must not cause destruction to anything or anyone's property
Yall give me your ideas!

I do NOT want to be some short news story. I WANT TO BE THE NEWS STORY of the day. THE high profile news story so good that Larry King will have to put his guest off to cover the story. gosh.

Streak through a large public event that you know the media will be attending.
Why? Is your quest for fame that you're willing to commit some sort of lawlessness or civil disturbance?
It may carry a criminal record, ruin your employment/promotion chances and embarrass you in front of friends, colleagues and family.
That's nuts.

Start a food and clothing drive. You want to be recognized for doing something good and newsworthy, then you must start by not being selfish. Bring attention to the people in need and you will get what you want as well. Good luck.

I agree with the above answers: notify a station that you are holding a vital press conference and announce that you are running for president.

If you are serious, all you have to do is notify the press corp in your area that you are giving a press release..... do not tell them for what give them a place and time..... then announce your candidacy as president of US....

Take donations for someone who greatly needs it. ie; cancer, kids with special needs. Some type of fundraiser.
