Ouch...don't put alcohol on your legs. It'll make them worse. First try putting cold clothes your legs. Then try putting some aloe vera gel on a little spot on your leg and wait for a while. If it doesn't start burning, go ahead and rub it all over your legs. I've heard that witch hazel helps too. I've never used it, but I'd assume you just dab it on with a cotton ball. I think the stuff smells, so I'm not about to go rubbing it on myself.
And I don't think razor bumps are anything to be terrified about. So what? You shaved in a hurry without using shaving cream (or whatever reason you have.) It's no big deal. It happens to everyone. If someone says something about it, which I don't know why they would, tell 'em to go **** themselves.

Wait a minute! They're gonna laugh at you just because of your razor burns? They don't do that at my High school, and i have these jerks in my class. But maybe your condition is worse than i ever saw, in that case:

try rubbing some concealer on the cuts. But if the cuts are still open, this might not be a good idea. Then the best you can do, is wear a nude-colored panty hose or pantyhose-socks [panty hoses that only go up to your knee]. I think they are available at walmart and target.

Say that you burned yourself with the curling iron or when you were ironing your clothes you got burned. Apply cream and perhaps alcohol maybe.
