I am proud of you or anyone your age who is willing to learn about political processes, including speech writing, and making them.

First you obviously need to put together an organized presentation. As far as writing one, what I do is to write out all my thoughts in as much order as they come out. then i sort as to which ones fit a category, arranging the categories in a logical
order. Proofread & add any thoughts that come along. Keep proofreading & making changes until it feels like it flows. The more you do this, the easier & better it becomes.

If you also have to read it, What I do is to learn all I can about what I am talking about, & then (GULP) throw away the script. For me, this is the most comfortable way to give a speech.

I do well at public speaking & am quite comfortable doing it as long as I stick with what I know. If I hit a snag while talking, I readily admit I am lost, have a "brain fart - (you better use softer language), or "I don't know" These are perfectly acceptable answers. And it is enormously less stressful to be honest rather than to bluff your way through.

A final note. Do the best you can, & let that be good enough. No one can ask for us to do or be better than our best. ( That could be part of your speech, if you want. It fits well)

From the way you wrote your question, I think you deserve that award. It is not only well organized, but also grammatically correct, including spelling. Do check your capital letters - especiall the "I s". Good luck. You will do well.

Well, what makes you so organized? Obviously, in your speech you should highlight what you do that keeps you organized, such as keeping an planner, having a separate, up-to-date binder for each class, etc. Then, find flaws in your competing candidate's organization. That person might be pretty organized, but if you can find one aspect in which he/she is unorganized, you should talk about it in your speech and explain how you are better in that aspect.
