Not a physical planner. I usually just keep a mental note of everything I have to do daily.

Yes I use an At-A-Glance Planner and it is quite helpful with my keeping me on track day to day.
I also have outlook set up on my calendar and that helps a whole lot.
I would also suggest that you get and electronic keeper to remind you of appointments with a beep

no i dont use a daily planner, if i did i'll prabally get off track instead of stay on track throughout the day.
