I'm having problems with a 1999 Honda Accord V6 that just went through a full inspection for 90,000 miles, so everything should be good in it, except for a short circuit I've noticed in the wiring for the driver side low beam headlight. I've changed the bulb thinking it was bad, but I've decided it's got to be some bad wiring... Any hints on how to fix it or some other remedies?

Check the condition of the connection plug. Check that you have a good clean ground on that side at the light. Hope it helps.
