I eat at all-you-can eat buffet restaurants 7 days a week for lunch (so I don't have to worry about dinner...just something light is fine). And my favorite is this small Thai buffet-restaurant that does a great job on homestyle Thai cooking with all the imported spices. My mouth is watering as I type. I have to eat there at least 2 or 3 times a week. I also must have their Thai iced tea (chilled red Thai tea with condensed milk.........yummmmm).
I also enjoy Lebanese, Chinese, Brazillian, American, Indian........all types of buffet joints. The only thing I haven't eaten yet is raw oysters. I think I'm going to die before I get to taste those slimy things!!!
By the way, just because I eat at buffets every day doesn't mean I weigh 400 lbs! I am 195 lbs, 34 inch waist, 5' 11".......just take my example and work out at the healthclub religiously. You can eat to your heart's desire and not worry about stupid dieting!!!

I love Checkers. It's a fast food restaurant. Mmmmm. I love the seasoned fries and burgers. I know it's unhealthy but it's delicious! I also like baked ziti and pizza.

I can't pick just one. I like anything served with beef, pork, chicken or fish. I eat Chinese and Thai food often though.
