Right click on an open space of the start menu bar, and make sure it is NOT checked next to "Lock the Taskbar". If it is, simply click on "Lock the Taskbar" again to unlock it.

Then, grab the bar with your mouse and simply drag it back to the bottom where it belongs.

Then YOU right click the bar and click on "Lock the Taskbar" so it will stay.

You might want to also tell them if they mess with your computer's settings again, they'll lose internet priviledges for a week. *EG*

click on the taskbar, just the blue not on any programs and dra it where you want it to be. If it is vertical on the left then click and drag to the right until your mouse reaches the middle of the screen. If on the right the same thing except towards the left

right click on the taskbar on an empty space and untick "Lock The Taskbar" if it has a check mark next to it then just drag it where you want it. then relock it.
