I sure hope so, I wouldn't want them to die of dehydration. If your talking about alcohol, That would be only When Ted Kennedy is at the courts

Don't know. But since they are government employees; granted appointed by the President, I imagine there is some rule against them drinking on the job.

Are you allowed to drink on the job?

Tea, coffee etc., sure. Anything stronger? They'd be crazy if they did. An attorney could challenge any and all of their findings if he can prove they were drinking.
