Becoz He is speedy and technical wrestler
and matt hardy is powerful wrestler..

I would have to say Jeff Hardy wrestling wise. Jeff has earned more titles, and has accomplished more than Matt in the past. Also, ever since returing, Matt hasn't gotten a title won yet. Jeff won the Intercontintental championship in his first month.
Team Extreme together was the absolute best. I heard that Jeff and Matt are teaming up once again (with 3 other guys) to take on anothre team of 5. GO TEAM EXTREME!
If you're saying finishing move wise, I am thinking that the Matt Hardy Twist of Fate is better than the Swanton Bomb.
Overall, it has to be Jeff Hardy and Team Extreme. Well, at least Matt got to fuuuuCk Lita.

I think that Jeff hardy is way better than Matt hardy because he won a championship and Matt hardy has been losing way to much.

That's hard I would have to say it's a toss up. Jeff Hardy is more athletic and daring but Matt more of a balanced wrestler
