That's a tough one...there's been so many.
I would have to go with game 5 of the 1987 Eastern Conference Finals between the Celtics and Pistons (the one where Larry Bird stole the inbounds pass from Isiah Thomas, and dished it to Dennis Johnson for a layup with one second left).
The Celtics were banged up pretty bad that year, and played on sheer guts and determination. The Pistons were a young up and coming team.
Had Bird not stolen the ball at the end, the Celtics would have probably lost the series. What a game!!

The best game I've ever seen on TV was Game 6 of the '97-'98 Finals (Jordans last game as a Bull). Stole the ball from Malone and hit the big shot over Russell with 5 or 6 seconds left.
The best game I've ever seen live was when the Suns played the Sonics in Phoenix on Jan. 22 2005. (I'm a Sonics fan living in Phoenix). Ray Allen hit the game winning 3 pointer at the buzzer in double overtime. Sonics 152 Suns 149. It was the greatest sporting event I'd ever witnessed.

The best Basketball game I ever saw was Game 5 of the 2004 Western Conference Semifinals, when Derek Fisher nailed a shot with 0.4 seconds left in the 4th quarter to give the Lakers a 74-73 victory over the Spurs.

well..you might not know these teams that competed..but the best game I've seen was the 1997 Commissioners Cup semifinals game between Ginebra and San Miguel in the Philippine Basketball Association. The winner goes to the finals. It was a triple overtime thriller that went down the wire for every possesion and the San Miguel players were out due to cramps and they lost the game.

Miami vs. Bulls game opening night. Miami got killed. The final score was something like 108-67.
This is the best game I have ever seen because I was not expecting the Bulls to win by that big of margin, let alone win.
