If you are getting B's and C's in college.... Med school might never be an option for you. Almost every med program (in the US) will take the brightest students... not only do they have A's, but they have a resume a mile long and they are active in other things besides their studies. If you are in Highschool, go to college and work as hard as you can to do well EVERY TERM. Your goal should be an A in everything, do not drop ANY courses, get involved (yes, have no life). Med school is no joke!

If you are in high school go to a state college/university and make A's. You will get into medical school.

If you are already in college. Look into foreign medical education.

If you get Bs and Cs as grades, my suggestion is to consider a line of work other than being a physician. It's not going to happen.
