True inner beauty does not equal pain...you know compassion, integrity ability to love like you'll never be hurt!!
Superficial beauty ...you know the stuff we see when we look at a person hair, waxing .painful high heel shoes....that kind of beauty can be painful...it really is just a saying. An excuse for women to be miserable for the sake of trying to be beautiful in another's eyes!!

Depends on which beauty. Inner beauty you work on yourself and with little pain. Outer beauty...well yeah it can have its moments. Examples: waxes, hair dying, working out, shaving, & plucking. Some people take this to the extreme. Work with what god gave you and keep it minimal and that is the greatest beauty of all! Someone will come along and appreciate that more than overdoing it! Good Luck!
