If you are going into a medical science you would be expected to have three to four years of each. Learning how to spell psychology before you apply to college would help greatly.

I am currently working toward a psychology major and am in my freshman year of college. I only took three years of both math and science during high school. For a psychology major, I am only required to take three hours of matematics which equals out to only one math class. Also, I am only required to take one lab science class, which can be substitued for another math class as well. I only took three years of each in high school, but I really do recommend taking four years of each simply because it will keep you on track and will make your college courses so much easier.
