Do they hire specialists and project managers / leaders to do the work for them and they just put their names on the reports ?

i have been with the same communications company for 30 years, most of the managers i have had are incompetant, they depend on the integrity of their workers to pull them thru, seems the more imcompetant they are, the higher up the ladder they go..the actual workers make the company..the reason a lot of them are managers in the first place is because they cant do the actual nitty gritty of the job as needs be..

It's pretty easy to hide in big companies. Complain about others - take the focus off your own shortcomings.

Transfer from assignment to assignment often. That way they never get blamed for their failures!
