You've likely changed you time-zone, so it is automatically changing each time it links up to the time-server to check.

Two options:
First double click on the clock in the taskbar.
*Now you can either disable the time-syncing feature on the "internet time tab", then rest to the correct time, or...
*You can correct you time-zone on the "time zone" tab.

Either solution should set you straight :)

It's something that might have happened at Daylight Savings TIme (here in the USA only?).

Otherwise, if your PC is older, it's probably the internal battery for the clock. It's just a button battery, and fairly easy to change.

Your global settings might be set for a place that is 10 hours behind. This and your PC syncing the time on the net allows for a time so different. My advice: Review your global settings and make sure that they applie for your specific location.

Your BIOS battery is now out of order/no value, so your gadget is often is going back to default date and time. while you're common to open CPU casing then open it, locate the battery (regularly located at your motherboard) then replace the battery with new one. that's low-priced and trouble-free to alter. appropriate of success.
