You could be having an early miscarriages. Lots of women have miscarriages and don't realize it because they didn't know they were even pregnant. An early miscarriage, I had one at 6 weeks, is very much like a period, at least for me. You should definately go see a doctor.

Good Luck!

It just means you were pregnant. It's likely that the pregnancy just didn't "take". False positives are very rare. However, false negatives are pretty common if a woman tests too soon. Remember that we now have the ability to find out if we are pregnant so early on, and sometimes those pregnancies are lost pretty early on. Twenty years ago the doctor wouldn't even see you if you suspected you were pregnant until you had missed your second period.

Most pregnancy tests are 99.9% accurate for positives! You could be possibly having an early miscarriage if your bleeding like a period take another test and see your doctor as soon a possible to be sure-because if you are having a miscarriage you need to be watched and given an ultrasound to make sure everything is ok. Don't get scared just get checked by DR.

It depends if the bleeding is just spotting or like a real period. If it's just spotting you could be pg. take test again after bleeding stops.

I'm currently experiencing the same thing. I will pray for both of us, that this just means we are getting rid of old blood and not miscarring.

Good Luck

It is not uncommon for someone to still have spotting after finding out that they are pregnant. You should definitely go see your gynecologist and get an exam.
